Quick Help

1. Turn On

Press Power (1 second).

2. Select Search Mode

Choose your environment:

Park - general, trashy areas
Field - historic sites, coins & artefacts
Beach - dry/wet sand, surf & underwater

Each mode contains Profile 1 (general) and Profile 2 (fine, more sensitive).

3. Noise Cancel

Go to Noise Cancel in Settings → Auto Noise Cancel (~8 seconds).

4. Start Detecting

Sweep the coil close & parallel to the ground
Coil detects only while moving

5. Sensitivity

Adjust via + / – (1–25)
Use the highest stable level

6. Pinpoint

Press Pinpoint to locate the exact target center
Visualization increases as you center the coil

7. Battery

Internal Li‑Ion, charge 5–6 hours via USB‑A magnetic cable

8. Expedition Pack Exclusive

Includes V8X 8" Double‑D Elliptical Coil (in addition to V12X)
