Quick Help

1. Set Up

Unfold the detector until it locks in place and extend the lower shaft until it clicks. Adjust the upper shaft to match your height using the camlock.
Insert 4 × AA batteries into the battery compartment.
Keep the search coil parallel to the ground when detecting.

2. Power On

Press and hold the Power ON/OFF switch. The LCD display will light up with icons.

3. Start Detecting

Sweep the coil side‑to‑side, keeping it 2–3 cm above the ground.
Overlap each sweep for full coverage.
The detector will beep and light up when metal is detected.

4. Choose a Find Mode

The GO‑FIND 11 includes 2 preset find modes:

All‑Metal Mode (detects everything)
Reject Iron Mode (filters out iron targets)

Use the Find Mode button to cycle between modes.
Icons show which target types are active.

5. Adjust Sensitivity

Choose between 3 sensitivity levels to match your environment. Higher sensitivity = deeper/smaller targets.
Lower sensitivity = fewer false signals in noisy soil.

6. Understand Target Feedback

GO‑FIND 11 uses 1 audio tone for all targets.
The display shows 4 target icons that flash depending on what type of metal is detected.

7. Additional Tips

Keep at least 15 m (50 ft) distance between detector users to avoid interference.
Adjust the detector so it aligns naturally with your forearm for comfy use.
